Patrol Deputy

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is looking for individuals that are interested in a law enforcement career. We currently have openings in both patrol and detentions. Patrol openings are for Patrol Deputy and Investigator. Applicants must be at least 21YOA, U.S. citizen, have a valid driver’s license, and be Colorado P.O.S.T. certified. Salary is negotiable with experience, raises possible after probation period.
Detention Deputy must be at least 21YOA, U.S. Citizen, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check. Experience is a plus, but not required as we are willing to train you. Must be able to work nights and holidays/rotating shifts, Sunday through Saturday. Currently we work 12hr shifts and have at least two weekends off a month. (Subject to change as employer sees fit to insure a secure facility). Salary is negotiable with experience, with raises possible after probation period.
Control Board Operator. Applicants must be at least 18YOA, a U.S. Citizen, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check. Current schedule for this position is four 10hr shifts a week. Applicants must be able to sit for extended lengths of time, and have the ability to multitask. Salary is negotiable with experience, with raises possible after probation period.
